Bi-Weekly Coaching/Counseling Calls:
We’ll meet every two weeks via conference call to discuss your progress, address challenges, and create actionable strategies for your success. Each session is tailored to your unique goals and needs.
Actionable Feedback, Tools, and Assignments:
After each session, you’ll receive customized assignments designed to help you implement what we discuss and see tangible results between calls.
Recorded Sessions:
Every call is recorded, so you can revisit our conversations and insights whenever you need to.
Ongoing Support:
You’ll have access to me via text and email between sessions. Whether you have a question, need guidance, or want to share a breakthrough, I’ll be there to support you.

1. How often will we meet?
We’ll meet every two weeks via conference call or video call for in-depth coaching sessions tailored to your goals. If you would like to meet more or less frequently that can also be arranged.
2. What happens during the sessions?
Each session is focused on your progress, challenges, and next steps. We’ll review your assignments, work through obstacles, and create actionable strategies. We will create short and long term breakthroughs that leave you peacful, inspired, and motivated.
3. Will the calls be recorded?
Yes! All sessions are recorded, so you can revisit them anytime for clarity and inspiration. The sessions will remain private between yourself and Lorenzo.
4. Will I have access to support between sessions?
Absolutely. You can text or email me between sessions with any questions, updates, or reflections. I’m here to ensure you have consistent support.
5. What kind of assignments will I get?
Assignments are customized based on your goals. They could include reflection exercises, action steps for personal or professional growth, or specific tools to overcome challenges.
6. What if I miss a session?
If you need to reschedule, just let me know 24 hours in advance and I will do my best to accomodate. Ocassionally, we will reschedule sessions to have 3 in one month, and sometimes we may meet less (one time a month), depending on your needs, desires.
7. How long is the program?
This is a year-long program designed for lasting transformation. However, it can be ended by either party at any time if needed. We may also take breaks during the program while maintaining our communications and intentions. At the conclusion of the year participants report "It was there best year ever, having grown so much!"
