I believe the same thing in a boardroom and a prayer room: people are meant to flourish, and the right systems get them there.
I'm a strategist and systems architect with faith as my throughline. That conviction — that people are built for flourishing — is what called me into this work, and it shapes every engagement I take on.

Before any of this was infrastructure, it was a calling. I lead prayer gatherings, carry a prophetic call, and walk with people through TPC Ministries and the Boardroom Prayer Room — the same gathering that asks whether a leader's inner life can carry the weight of what they're building.
This isn't a side chapter to the systems work; it's the root of it. The way I lead a room in prayer and the way I architect an operating system come from one conviction: people are made to flourish, and alignment — inner first — is what lets the outer work last.

Everything began with inner healing, ministry, leadership, and community impact. These years shaped my understanding: purpose must be aligned internally before it can be sustained externally.

I moved into organizational development, leadership design, and operational systems. This is where I learned how strategy, structure, and execution shape outcomes — and how many leaders carry vision without the architecture to support it.
The Catalyst Era
My work expanded into technology — AI systems, automation, and infrastructure for founders, nonprofits, communities, and institutions. I began building integrated structures blending AI, ministry, leadership development, and capital strategy.
Present Day
Today, I lead a multi-venture ecosystem including the Institute for Human Advancement—a nonprofit developing people and systems for an intelligent future. My work spans community development, leadership capacity-building, AI systems, purpose-driven investment, and strategic clarity.
